Dr. Jean Fuselier
Former President & CEO
Dr. Jean R. Fuselier. Sr. brings more than 25 years of business experience to his role as President and CEO of Fuselier and Associates Financial. During that time, he has worked for large companies such as UpJohn Chemical, Continental Oil, and has owned businesses in a wide variety of industries, including sales, service and retail.
Since 1988, he has been involved in financial management and consulting to help others in financial trouble. With his extensive business background, Jean understands the benefits of solid financial management and good financial advice. He knows first-hand the pressures faced by businesses in financial trouble. In the mid-1980s, as CEO/President of a troubled company, Jean made a critical mistake on poor financial advice in an effort to keep his company afloat. He was not successful. Since then, Jean has spent considerable time studying troubled companies and researching numerous strategies to help these companies survive. As a result, Jean has devoted his career to helping other businesses legally overcome financial trouble.
Jean, who was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force in 1962, earned his first Ph.D. from LaSalle University in 1994, and also earned a second Ph.D. from LaSalle University. Prior to attending LaSalle, Jean attended McNeese State University, Louisiana State University, Lee College, and Harris County Community College. Jean Fuselier has since retired from Fuselier & Associates Financial and passed on the CEO and President duties to Jason Fuselier.
Stacy Holland
Board Member, President of Negotiations
Stacy E. Holland is a member of the Board of Directors of Fuselier and Associates Financial and has served as the President of Negotiations since October 2002. She is certified by the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators (IAPDA) as a Certified Debt Specialist. Stacy possesses more than 10 years of financial management experience and has a strong background in all aspects of accounting, implementation of several large-scale accounting programs, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions and overseeing billing for government and commercial jobs.
Before joining Fuselier and Associates Financial, Stacy’s titles included: Controller, Job Cost Mansger, Assistant Controller, and Senior Accountant at various healthcare, defense and accounting companies. Stacy received her BS from Marymount University in May 1994.
Jason Fuselier, J.D.
President & CEO
Jason Fuselier has been a full-time member of the Fuselier and Associates Financial team since September 2010. Jason started as the Director of Business Development being in charge of locating key personnel and formulating and executing business strategies for new markets across the country. Jason is now the CEO and President of Fuselier & Associates Financial. Jason graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University double majoring in Marketing and Management. While attending Texas Tech, Jason was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for collegiate schools of business. After taking a year off to work, Jason went back to school and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
